For claims under $10,000, Home Savings Network will pay all arbitration fees. For claims exceeding $10,000, Home Savings Network will pay arbitration fees if the cost of arbitration would be prohibitive compared to the cost of litigation.

19. Confidentiality

All arbitration proceedings and awards shall remain confidential, except where disclosure is required by court order or necessary to confirm or enforce an arbitration award.

20. Severability

If the class action prohibition provision in Section 16 is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the entire arbitration section (Sections 15–20) shall be void. However, all remaining sections of these Terms & Conditions shall remain in full force and effect.

21. Violation of Terms

Home Savings Network may terminate your access to the website and remove any associated content without notice if you violate these Terms & Conditions or if your conduct is deemed disruptive to the website or its users.

22. Miscellaneous

Home Savings Network reserves all rights not expressly granted in these Terms & Conditions. These Terms & Conditions, together with the Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Home Savings Network, superseding all prior understandings and agreements.
